What Inspires Us
Thrive is a part of the Worklink Group. We have been servicing the Cairns community for over 25 years with a focus on mental health and psychosocial disability. During this time, we have developed a deep understanding of the challenges of those living with a disadvantage, and helped thousands achieve their goals and live full and rewarding lives.
Our motto “We care, You thrive” embodies our empowering approach to each of our participants. We believe that everyone has the ability and should have the opportunity to reach their full potential, regardless of their circumstance, and our role is to support and inspire each individuals journey.

Our Team
I am a Cooktown local of 16 years, have two kids, and a Husband of 13 years. Over the course of my 16 years in Cooktown, I have worked in sectors that support the Communities of Hope Vale, Wujal Wujal, Cooktown and surrounding Communities. Supporting others to enable them to live the life they deserve independently, is my passion and I am excited to be delivering Support Coordination to the people of our communities.
My passion in life has always been supporting people in achieving their goals. With a strong background in employment, recruitment and support services I am committed to helping you understand and implement your NDIS plan. Everything I do is with your choice and control in mind and my goal is to make your experience with Thrive to be genuinely positive and I look forward to working with you in the future
Olivia is our NDIS Administrator here at Thrive and the newest member of our growing team. A long-standing Cairns local with a background in retail, customer service, graphic design and office administration. She enjoys learning about others and has recently completed her training as a Mental Health First Aider. Olivia has also completed a Cert III in Business Administration and a Diploma of Contemporary Music.
I am passionate about my participants needs and deal with each individual case as if it was my own partner, parent, child or sibling that I was managing. The participant always comes first. I have an enormous amount of knowledge regarding the NDIS and have been able to assist my participants by being an “outside the box” kind of thinker.
I’ve always enjoyed working with numbers, especially budgets. As an NDIS Plan Manager, I can use my background in finance while working in a role where I am driven by the desire to help participants get the most out of their NDIS Plan and achieve their goals.
Hi, my name is Jo, I would describe myself bubbly, enthusiastic, and caring. I am dedicated to working alongside participants to assist in achieving their goals and living their best lives.
